An eventful beginning of the month. I took my bottle of Scapegrace Black Gin to Boneyard Bistro to see what Ethan would do with it, and it turns out it’s just another eccentric gin, and not especially strong, either. He tasted it and put together a glass with Scapegrace, Curacao, Cocchi Americano, lemon, and bitters as I ordered my fried onion rings. Nothing at ALL earth-shattering. The onion rings? I’ll have to find a new starter or work a LOT harder to get my teeth taken care of.
